Snow Amounts

Some CT snow amounts as of 3:45 PM: West Hartford, Litchfield, and Winsted: 2.0″.  East Granby, Thomaston and Waterbury: 1.75″.  Windsor Locks, Mansfield, and Coventry: 1.5″.  Manchester: 1.2″.  Colchester, Haddam, Old Saybrook, New Haven, Danbury, North Canaan & Colchester: 1.0″.

The accumulating snow is over.  Precipitation will be intermittent and mostly light into tonight.  It will take the form of light rain, light freezing rain, and some sleet.  Temperatures will continue to drift up a bit, reaching the upper 20′s-low 30′s inland, with some mid-30′s on the coast by this evening.  There will be some areas of drizzle, freezing drizzle, and fog around tonight.

Clouds will try to mix with some breaks of sun Tuesday.  Highs around 40 or so.  Still looks like we break 50 Wednesday.
